Lovely, comfortable property with plenty of space for 6 adults. Well equipped kitchen and smart bathrooms. Useful outside space, though the largest patio is accessed via bedrooms only. Great location; very quiet, but only a couple of minutes walk to the busy streets, pubs, shops and restaurants.

We love coming to Salcombe & have stayed at various holiday properties previously. We loved Lower Marcam it was everything we hoped for, it was very comfortable the beds & bedlinen were first class, the barbeque & the bath! It is obviously very well loved! Thank you for letting us stay & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely self catering holiday – we hope to return!

Lovely break with the family , very hot weather , could of done with some fans , apart from that everything was perfect.
